Peer Counseling as A Coping Strategy for Academic Stress and Burnout in Final-Year Students

Academic stress is the pressure on students caused by competition and academic demands. This study examines analyzes peer guidance counseling (Peer Counseling) to reduce burnout experienced final-year students. The research method used was experimental involving an group a control (Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design), with each member consisting of 20 participants, selecting participants based purposive sampling technique. Each participant assigned random assignment. MANOVA test results showed that reduced (F (2.24) = 101.769; ?p2 0.85; p <0.01) 21.769; 0.55; <0.01). Furthermore, Wilcoxon in group, there enhancement (Z -2.82; <0.05) -2.82: <0.05). -2.17; < 0.05), but no -0.34: > 0.05). Peer (peer counseling) (on management) as strategy overcome Metro City.
